New Roof on the Wintergarden, Eastbourne
New metal roof covering to replace the 1970’s Nuralite roof covering on this listed grade 2 Victorian Wintergarden dating from 1854 and built as part of the Duke of Devonshire’s speculative Eastbourne housing development.
The new roof covering emulates the original Victorian zinc roofing and as part of the contract missing decorative ironwork and two timber ventilation towers were re-instated.
