Small maintenance contract of this Grade 2 listed arts and crafts library to open uo and redecorate the reference library and repair and redecorate the roofs including cleaning and repairing the tower stonework.
We were able to locate a missing owl, the tower once having had a stone owl on each corner to signify learning and wisdom, and repair and refix it in position.
